Description   These classes are designed for the expectant mother and her labor partner to provide instruction on breathing, relaxation, and coping techinques for use during labor with or without medication. Become familiar with the stages and variations of labor including back labor, c-section, induction, and epidural delivery using instruction, video, and interactive floor activities. This class includes a tour of the Labor and Delivery area at Jackson - Madison Co. General Hospital. One evening class weekly for four weeks from 6:30pm-9:00pm.
